GARY HSUEH
Gary has been training BJJ since 1997 and considers it not just a martial art, but a lifestyle. Gary was honoured to receive his black belt in 2009 from Tim Shears and Marcio Feitosa. Jiu-Jitsu has had a profound effect on Gary’s life, and he feels privileged to be able to expose others to the benefits that Jiu-Jitsu can bring them.

ZAC
Zac started training Jiu-Jitsu in 2011 under John Tompkins and Gary Hsueh. He fell in love with the sport and started competing soon after. A lifelong athlete, his dedication to physical fitness and BJJ has made him one of the top competitors in the province at each belt level.
ROB
Rob started training BJJ in 2012. His starting weight was 230lbs, since then he’s lost over 50lbs and credits BJJ with helping him avoid a plethora of obesity related health problems. An active competitor, Rob has won many tournaments, both locally and internationally. In the future, Rob plans to open up a BJJ school in the Philippines.
PEDRO SILVA
Pedro started his Muay Thai career in 2010 fighting in numerous amateur fights. In 2012 he had the opportunity to train and fight professionally in Thailand and China. It was no longer a hobby but his livelihood. He then took his skills and experience back to Brazil to train the renowned fighters at Team Dream Fighters. Finally, before coming to Canada, Pedro went back to Thailand to further his experience in the ring and as a trainer for the Phuket Fight Club Team.
MICHAEL LEE
Michael Lee is just a regular, everyday, normal guy who loves the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Mike loved the arte suave so much, that he packed up and moved to Hermosa Beach, California to live and learn under the coaching of Bob Bass and the Machado Brothers, eventually earning his black belt. Mike also happens to be a Kodokan Judo black belt and is particularly experienced with teaching how Judo can help your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and vice versa.
