Muay Thai is the cultural martial art of Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. Our Muay Thai class incorporates fitness and competition Muay Thai techniques. Muay Thai is an excellent way to stay fit, learn how to defend yourself on your feet and build coordination.
Our students will learn authentic Muay Thai striking techniques and combinations. You will not only learn how to effectively strike with your hands and feet but with your knees and elbows as well. All while getting a great workout in!
